We rent our second floor condo (2bed/2bath) with lanai in Turtle Lake Golf Colony.
It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need! We have and offer a wonderfully maintained, clean unit with partial views of a golf course.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet and master bathroom with shower .
There is a second bedroom with two single beds and a guest bathroom with a tub.
Common laundry area (never a problem to do a batch), just a few steps from the front door at a low cost per batch.
Parking lot included!
Each building has an elevator.
Turtle Lake Golf Community offers heated pool, BBQ, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, shuffle board, club house with pool billard, library and small fitness!
Excellent location, 2 miles from the Gulf, walking distance to shops (Publix, Target), Banks and restaurants.
Basic cable TV and basic internet (40 MB/s) is included.
Electricity till an amount of $ 50 per month is included!
No smoking in the unit! Unfortunately pets are prohibited by the association!

Our one month stay was very pleasant in our two bedroom, two bath apartment. The king size bed, and sofa were comfortable, We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai early mornings and evenings watching the birds in the trees, and golfers driving on the golf course. Turtle Lakes Golf Colony has the largest and nicest swimming pool in the area.

This was our first time being snowbirds, so didn't know what to expect. We chose the Turtle Lake Golf Colony in North Naples. Peter Zech was the landlord of the condo we chose. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. The condo community was very nice. Surprisingly quiet for as large as it is. The community facilities are more than adequate. The pool area was wonderful and we enjoyed it often. The condo it's self was comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath , on the 3rd floor. The thing we enjoyed most was the community was in the middle of everything you needed and very close to the gulf. We will definitely do it again.
