Only want to drive 10 minutes?? Then Old Town will be for you. Inexpensive rides for kids and great go-karts for everyone. Walmart is just 5 minutes away. When you are finished with the parks and just want to relax, this is the home to do it. Have meals on the deck and watch the sunset. Better yet, watch the new LED Pool lights,
We live right there in the community and go past the house several times a day if you need anything, NOTE: THE HOME IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OLD. No pets as we have found out that housebroken in your home doesn't always translate to housebroken in ours.

Traveled from the UK. Villa was a little dated but was very clean and the beds comfortable. Pool was a great hit with our teenagers. Parks were easy to get to from the villa. We had a great stay and would recommend this villa.

We were very happy with our rental in this lovely neighborhood. Wonderful to see all the birds and animals around the lake. The pool was warm and larger than most. Diane was very nice and helpful to us. Wish we could have stayed longer. Our 4 week stay flew by so quickly. The kitchen was very well equipped and served us very well.

We loved the house. I just loved the landlord she was absolutely so nice. The pool is very nice I swam everyday! The house was just beautiful and our stay was the best I’ve ever stayed at! If you’re looking for a nice quiet neighborhood and amazing house, pool and landlord this is the house for you!

This home was amazing. Close to all the perks of kissimmee. the hot tub was a plus with the heated pool as a bonus, the pool was awsome all heated. Diane was the Best . Our first week was great but i got very sick do to the bug i caught and needed to stay longer and diane had no problem and was able to accomadate us and we stayed unitil we felt better enough to drive back to maine. We Had a great vacation otherwise! we recomend this place to anyone that wants to be cared for and not ignored if a prblem arises. Diane was a Great host. We loved it cant wait to go back. Rick And Jason And Roxie.

House was clean, master bedroom bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great! Plenty of tv's, pool & hottub were sure to order the heat. Check-in/ check- out was easy. Houses are very close together if you don't mind not having a lot of privacy. Overall, a good stay. I would rent it again!
