When we started our business, we made it a policy to offer vacation properties that we ourselves would like to stay in. We had a few criteria…

That the property would offer value for money
Be clean and uncluttered
Be welcoming, comfortable and feel like home
Would have modern tv’s, free wi-fi, up-to-date appliances and everything that we need
Be in a safe area
Be close to the amenities
One we would be sad to leave
One we love to visit again
We are proud to say, that we personally sought out the owners for the majority of the Properties offered for Vacation Rental here in our website. We saw a Property that we really wanted to offer our Guests and went for it. Reputation is a great thing and clearly we have a good one …because the other properties, the owners came to us.

Our Properties are handpicked and we are delighted to be able to offer our choices to you. We did all the hard work…we schmoozed the owner, viewed the property, and did all of the necessaries.
