FloridaRentals.com is a winner. It's the easiest platform to list and maintain your information, the price is incredibly reasonable and it's popular, I've had 100 inquiries and secured 8 bookings, with several pending, during the six months I've been on - nearly triple what I've done on the others.

I want to tell you how satisfied I am with your site. Having advertised on Homeaway and Vrbo for many years we no longer have inventory with them due to the many new policies which adversely affect both owners and property managers. No direct communication with owner or guest allowed until you book and MANY other concerns have led thousands of homeowners away from them opening the doors for companies like yours. My worst nightmare is that they buy out FloridaRentals.com. Thanks and congratulations on the success of your site.

I just joined in the last month and your site has worked great for me!! I have fully booked my high season summer weeks in the Florida Panhandle once the vacation rentals reopened last week. Thank you!! Vrbo really let me down over the past year. Been members since 2002 and am now on the 5th page of their site and I used to be the number 2 listing. I have 35 reviews, all 5 star, a video, 50 pictures that I keep updated following all of their ridiculous rules. You saved my season and am very grateful!

I want you to know that your web site made a big difference in my rentals. It was great to be directly in touch with renters once again, without the web site getting their nose in our rentals. As I am not renewing my Vrbo listing (after 8 years as a member), I decided to try FloridaRentals.com. They do a free trial so I duly uploaded everything and the listing went 'live' yesterday. I have had four inquiries this morning - they're genuine. Vote with your feet - there is life beyond Vrbo/Expedia.

I am so happy with the results I am getting from listing with you....within a very short period of time, I had our "High Season" booked, which is my main goal. My beach house has been listed on FloridaRentals since Dec, and I have already booked all but two weeks up to mid August. I’ve answered more inquiries from this site than I’ve received from Vrbo and TripAdvisor combined. And that’s just in three months.
