With modern conveniences throughout and recently renovated with new flooring, linens and furnishings. High speed wifi, upgraded cable and flat screen TVs in master suite and living area. The master suite is spacious with a large bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and bathroom with small soaker tub. All linens are provided, plus Tommy Bahama beach gear and beach towels. The condo has a garage plus parking space.
The condo is family owned and is immaculately clean – we are very particular and pay close attention to all cleaning detail.

The rental agreement includes a $2,000 security deposit. We provide an inventory/report at the start of the tenancy for your assurance.
Payment terms are 50% on booking, followed by a second payment (25%) at an interim date and final payment (25%) 30 days before start.

Yes, our Home owners Association requires this and it is common for well managed communities in Florida. We will share the documentation with you and answer any questions you may have.
Yes, there is a garage that you can use during your stay to park your vehicle and/or bikes and other equipment. Beach gear is stored in the garage too.
